Ohjeet, Säännöt ja peruutusehdot

Tunnin varaaminen

Tuntivaraus tehdään ajanvarausjärjestelmämme kautta, omaa nimeä ja sähköpostiosoitetta käyttäen. Tekemäsi varaukset löydät ajanvarausjärjestelmästä omat varaukset -välilehdeltä. Mikäli ilmoittaudut jonoon, saat tiedon vapautuneesta tuntipaikasta sähköpostiisi viimeistään 8h ennen tunnin alkua.

Tunnille saapuminen

Avaamme ovet noin 15 minuuttia ennen tunnin alkua. Odotathan edellisen tunnin osallistujien poistumista studiolta ulkona.

Tiloistamme löydät pukutilat ja tunnilla tarvittavat apuvälineet saat veloituksetta lainaan studiolta.

Maksaminen

Maksuvälineenä meillä käy sarjakorttiemme lisäksi käteinen, mobilepay sekä liikuntaedut (Edenred, ePassi, Smartum, Virike).

Peruutukset

Peruutukset tulee tehdä viimeistään 8h ennen tuntien alkua varausjärjestelmän kautta. Tämän jälkeen tulleista peruutuksista/peruuttamattomasta poisjäännistä veloitamme täyden hinnan (12€) kaikilta asiakkailtamme. 1.1.2024 alkaen tunnin hinnan lisäksi veloitetaan 1€ laskutuslisä. Tämä koskee kiinteähintaisia, maksa mitä pystyt, mahdollisia tarjous- sekä veloituksettomia tunteja. Maksujen laiminlyönti voi johtaa käyttäjätunnuksen jäädyttämiseen. Onnistuneesta peruutuksesta saat sähköpostivahvistuksen. Emme ota peruutuksia vastaan puhelimitse tai sosiaalisen median kanavissamme. Sähköpostitse ainoastaan sairaustapauksissa lääkärintodistusta vastaan.

Mikäli olet ilmoittautunut jonoon, muistathan poistaa myös jonovarauksesi, mikäli tiedät, ettet tulisi mahdollisen paikan saatuasi pääsemään paikalle! Jonopaikka voi vapautua sinulle peruutusajan puitteissa vielä 8h ennen tunnin alkua!

Sarjakortit

Huomioi, että kaikissa korteissamme on voimassaoloaika*, jonka näet omalta käyttäjätililtäsi.

Kaikkiin kortteihin saat veloituksetta lisää käyttöaikaa lääkärintodistuksella (liikuntakielto).

Vanhentuneen kortin voi uudelleenaktivoida hintaan 5€ per käyttämätön kerta. Ole yhteydessä asiakaspalveluumme info@pranamakallio.com.

Vastuuvapaus

​Henkilö osallistuu tapahtumaan omalla vastuullaan ja huolehtii itse omasta tapaturmavakuutuksestaan. Osallistuja ilmoittautuu ja osallistuu tapahtumaan vapaaehtoisesti harjoituksen yleiset riskit tiedostaen. Tapahtuman järjestäjä ei ole vastuussa osallistujalle tai hänen omaisuudelleen mahdollisesti aiheutuvasta haitasta. Tapahtumaa ei ole suunniteltu psyykkisten eikä fyysisten sairauksien hoitamiseen vaan hyvinvoinnin tukemiseen.

Tuntien peruutusehdot

Huomioithan, että ilmoittautumisesi on sitova. Mikäli olet estynyt osallistumaan, voit peruuttaa varaamasi viikkotunnin varaaheti.fi -järjestelmästä viimeistään 8h ennen tunnin alkua. Emme ota peruutuksia vastaan puhelimitse tai viesteillä sosiaalisen median kautta. Jos peruutus tulee tämän jälkeen, tai jää ilmoittamatta, veloitetaan osallistumismaksu kokonaisuudessaan. Tämä koskee niin kiinteähintaisia kuin maksa mitä pystyt -tuntejakin sekä mahdollisten tarjousviikkojen tunteja.

Jos peruutuksen syynä on sairastuminen tai muu odottamaton ja vakava tapahtuma, voi peruutuksen tehdä maksutta luotettavaa asiakirjaa, kuten esimerkiksi lääkärintodistusta vastaan.

Järjestäjällä on oikeus peruuttaa tunti ylivoimaisen esteen (force majeure) tai vähäisen osallistujamäärän vuoksi. Järjestäjä ei ole velvollinen korvaamaan peruutuksesta mahdollisesti muita aiheutuvia kuluja.

Tapahtumien peruutusehdot

Huomioithan, että ilmoittautumisesi on sitova. Mikäli olet estynyt osallistumaan, voit peruuttaa ilmoittautumisesi veloituksetta tapahtuman kuvauksessa olevien ehtojen mukaisesti. Peruutuksista on ilmoitettava asiakaspalveluumme (info@pranamakallio.com) ellei tapahtuman kuvauksessa toisin mainita.

Jos peruutuksen syynä on sairastuminen tai muu odottamaton ja vakava tapahtuma, voi peruutuksen tehdä maksutta luotettavaa asiakirjaa, kuten esimerkiksi lääkärintodistusta vastaan.​

Järjestäjällä on oikeus peruuttaa tapahtuma ylivoimaisen esteen (force majeure) tai vähäisen osallistujamäärän vuoksi.

Järjestäjä ei ole velvollinen korvaamaan peruutuksesta mahdollisesti muita aiheutuvia kuluja.

Booking a class

Appointments are booked through booking system, using your name and email address. You can find the reservations you have made from booking system under "my bookings" tab. If you sign up for the queue, you will receive information about the vacant slot in your email no later than 8 hours before the start of the class. If you know you won't be able to attend the class even if a spot opens up in the queue, please remove yourself from the queue well in advance. Cancellation policies also apply to those who have secured a queue spot

Instructions for arrival to class

We open the doors about 15 minutes before the class starts. Please wait for the participants of the previous class to leave the studio outside.

We have dressing rooms and you can borrow all the props you need during class free of charge from the studio.

Payment

In addition to our series cards, we accept cash, mobilepay and sports vouchers (Edenred, ePassi, Smartum, Virike).

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made no later than 8 hours before the start of classes through the booking system. If canceled later or in case of a no-show, the full price will be invoiced. This applies to fixed-price, pay-what-you-can and free classes as well as classes during possible discount weeks. Unpaid invoiced may lead to the suspension of username. You will receive an email confirmation of a successful cancellation. We do not accept cancellations by phone or through our social media channels. Cancellations via email accepted only in cases of illness with a medical certificate.

If you have signed up for the queue, please remember to cancel your queue reservation if you know you won't be able to attend even if you secure a spot! A queue spot may become available for you within the cancellation window up to 8 hours before the start of the class!

Series cards

Please note that all our cards have an expiration date*, which you can see in your booking system account.

For all cards, you get more usage time free of charge with a medical certificate (exercise ban).

An expired card can be reactivated for €5 per unused visit. Please, contact our customer service info@pranamakallio.com.

*3x card 2 months and 5-10x cards 4 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Please note the possible exceptions in the special price cards.

Freedom of responsibility

The person participates in the class/event at their own risk and takes care of their own accident insurance. The participant registers and participates in the event voluntarily, knowing the general risks of the exercise. The organizer of the event is not responsible for any inconvenience caused to the participant or their property. The event is not designed to treat mental or physical illnesses, but to support well-being.

Cancellation conditions for classes

Please note that your registration is binding. If you are unable to participate, you can cancel your booked class from the varaaheti.fi system no later than 8 hours before the start of the class. We do not accept cancellations by phone or messages via social media. If the cancellation occurs after this, or is not notified, the participation fee will be charged. This applies to both fixed price and pay what you can classes as well as classes during possible special price weeks.

If the reason for the cancellation is illness or another unexpected and serious event, the cancellation can be made free of charge against a reliable document, such as a medical certificate.

The organizer has the right to cancel the class due to force majeure or a small number of participants. The organizer is not obliged to compensate any other expenses that may arise from the cancellation.

Please note that your registration is binding. If you are prevented from participating, you can cancel your registration free of charge according to the conditions in the event description. Cancellations must be reported to our customer service (info@pranamakallio.com) unless otherwise stated in the event description.
