Dive into the world where spirituality and science congregate. This masterclass workshop is a deep dive into the pranic body and endocrine system by two experienced yoga teachers and educators: Elisa Kuuttila and Eva Estlander.
Have you ever noticed how the approach might change, yet the studied subject might actually be the same thing?
The universe has order and so do our bodies. Nature follows patterns and cycles, just like us humans.
In this 5 hour workshop we will discover the depths of our being through the lenses of chemistry, glands, the subtle body and in particular the chakras (energy centres).
Here are some questions to ponder:
The thyroid connects to the throat chakra. How can you use that information to your advantage? How does the practice affect these invisible, yet amazingly visible parts of our existence? How do you explore and manipulate yourself towards balance with noticing what comes naturally and what parts are locked and not completely available (yet)?
